A Florida priest has been arrested for drugging and raping a woman after inviting her to his church residence and giving her spiked iced tea.
Rev. Jean Claude Jean-Philippe, 64, was arrested in Miami on Saturday after the woman confided in another priest about the incident.
She told them that Jean-Philippe, who is the godfather to her child and who officiated her wedding, invited her to his home at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Homestead in October.
She went and accepted the drink but blacked out and found herself waking up naked in his bed two hours later.

She said she could smelled bodily fluids but he denied assaulting her.
He confessed to the attack once in custody
She stayed quiet about it for two weeks but then confided in another priest from the church.
That priest insisted that she contact the authorities to report him.
When confronted by police, Jean-Philippe confessed to the attack, telling police that he had raped her after massaging her nude body with oil.
He remains in custody and has been removed from the Archdiocese.
'Effective immediately, Archbishop Thomas Wenski has removed Fr. Jean-Philippe from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, placing him on administrative leave.
'The Archdiocese of Miami continues to fully cooperate with law enforcement as this allegation against Father Jean-Philippe continues to be investigated,' it said in a statement after his arrest.
